This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested on 28.02.2020 in connection with Crime No.111/2020 registered at Police Station Kharsiya, Distt. Raigarh C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. First bail application was rejected on 14.7.2020.

After rejection of first bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application.
