This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 22.09.2014 passed in WPS No. 4997 of 2014.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor in the Writ Petition No. 4997 of 2014 to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 22.09.2014.

The petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent in the writ petition shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 22.09.2014 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
