Learned counsel for the applicants prays for final disposal of the instant MCRC.

After perusal of Annexure-A/1, order of the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, C.G. passed in bail petition No.229/2017 dated 02-03-2017, it appears that the trial is going on before the trial Court and a few witnesses were examined. However, learned counsel for the applicants is not in a position to state when the charges are framed and since when the trial is pending. 3.

On due consideration, It would be appropriate to direct the Court below for disposal of the said criminal case as expeditiously as possible. 4.

On due consideration, the instant MCRC is disposed of without any appreciation on its merit. Without commenting on its merit, the JMFC is directed to dispose of said Criminal Case No.9562/16 for Crime No.131/16 under Section 379, 427, 34 of the IPC as expeditiously as possible preferably within 6 months from the next date of hearing under intimation to Registry. 5.

The applicants may file copy of this order before the trial Court for compliance.
