Agrawal Order On Board 24/08/2018 (1) Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No. 6259 of 2007 dated 02.01.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the appellate authority to comply with the order dated to comply with the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2018 in W.P. (S) No. 6259 of 2007 in its letter and spirit. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the appellate authority and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
