1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in an appeal arising out of proceeding under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. FAM No.82 of 2019, both the parties have settled their dispute through mediation and have now preferred a joint application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the competent Court for divorce by mutual consent.

2. In view of the above subsequent development, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this appeal.
