2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order since has been passed by the Tehsildar, Bilha on 20.08.2020 (Annexure P/1) and against the same order, one Dilip Kosle has filed an appeal under Section 44(1) of the Land Revenue Code before the SDO Bilha.

3. After perusal of the order dated 20.08.2020 (Annexure P/1), since the alternative or efficacious statutory remedy is available to the petitioner and few of the aggrieved party have already availed the remedy, therefore the petitioner may also file the appeal before the appropriate authority within a further period of 30 days from today.

4. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the writ petition stands disposed off. SD/-/- sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Vishakha
