1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.44/2018, registered at Police Station Jhagrakhand, Dist- Koriya C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

2. As per the prosecution case, the applicant has committed murder of deceased Ajmer Kumar Agariya.

3. Copy of the deposition filed by the applicant would show that out of 18 witnesses, 16 witnesses have already been

MCRC No. 8007 of 2020 examined before the trial Court. Thus, the trial is at its fagend.

4. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the trial expeditiously at the earliest.
