1. Mr. Arun Sao, learned counsel appearing for the nonapplicant/contemnor, on instructions, submits that the matter has been enquired into and as per the report of the Tahsildar, Bilaspur, a committee of seven members has been constituted for making enquiry with regard to encroachment by order dated 21-8-2018 and it will be concluded within one month from that day.
