Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 07.12.2021

1. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking for early disposal of the Civil Suit No.29-A/2019 pending before Family Court, Jashpur.

2. The petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent. The respondent preferred a civil suit under Section 13 (1) of Hindu Marriage Act before the learned Family Court, Jashpur for grant of decree of divorce and the same is pending before the concerned Family Court as Civil Suit No.29-A/2019.

3. On perusal of the order sheets of the said Civil Suit No.29-A/2019, it reveals that on 07.02.2020 issues were framed by the learned Family Court and since then the matter is pending for recording of statements of the respondent herein.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner herein is a lady and the matter is pending before Family Court for recording of statement of respondent since 07.02.2020, it is directed that the Family Court, Jashpur will decide the said Civil Suit as early as possible, probably within six months from today.
