Grievance of Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is to the extent that his retiral dues, in spite of the fact that he has been retired from service for more than five months back, have till date not been finalised. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that Petitioner stands retired from the post of Panchayat Secretary with effect from 31.8.2020 but till date he has not received a single penny so far as his retiral benefits are concerned. Learned Counsel for Petitioner further submits that Petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the authorities concerned but of no avail. 3.

Given the limited relief that Petitioner has, the Respondents No. 2 to 4 are directed to immediately process the claim of Petitioner for releasing of his retiral benefits if he is entitled for the same and if any dues are payable to him, the entire claim of Petitioner is settled within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event, if Petitioner is entitled for the claim that he is claiming, the Respondents No. 2 to 4 are directed to also ensure that appropriate intimation in this regard is given to Petitioner. 4.
