1. The instant petition was filed against the order dated 26.10.2020 wherein the order of eviction has been passed under the Chhattisgarh Lok Parisar (Bedakhali) Adhiniyam, 1974.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner may be given some reasonable time to vacate the premises.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is given 3 months time from today to vacate the premises.
