This Court has directed the State to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment passed in Kunwar Kant Dewangan v. State of Chhattisgarh & others. Alleging non-compliance of the Court's order dated 17.11.2015 passed in WPS No.2069 of 2014, this contempt case has been filed by the petitioner herein.

It appears from the record that on 18.1.2018 case of the petitioner has been considered and he was found not eligible for two advance increments, therefore, his representation has been rejected.

It is for the petitioner to question the order dated 18.1.2018 in accordance with law.
