1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1 to 4 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. The claim of the petitioner is on the ground that her mother upon whom the petitioner was dependent was working under the respondents and who died in harness on 11.09.2020. Thereafter the petitioner has moved an application for compassionate appointment before the respondents which till date is pending consideration.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
