The limited grievance of Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of Respondents in not releasing the entire death-cum-retiral dues to Petitioner on the death of her mother Smt. Samari who died in harness working on the post of Peon at Pre-metric Schedule Tribe Girls Hostel, Bakaruma, Block Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh.

Given the limited grievance that Petitioner has and the claim of Petitioner, the present Writ Petition as of now is disposed of directing Respondents No.2 & 3 to immediately process the claim of Petitioner so far as the death-cum-retiral dues are concerned and the entire admissible dues be settled, subject to verification of the identity of Petitioner, within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
