Agrawal Order On Board 0 4 /0 4 /201 (1) Petitioner's complaint filed under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Simga, District Raipur by order dated 01.08.2013 finding no merit.

(2) Petitioner preferred Criminal revision there-against. The revisional Court has also dismissed the revision by affirming the order of trial Court.

(3) Now, the petitioner has filed instant under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Stating the findings recorded by the trial Court as affirmed by the revisional Court are perverse and contrary to the record, which are liable to be dismissed.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as the concurrent finding recorded by two courts below are finding of fact based on record and no perversity is shown to this Court.
