1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonreleasing of the leave encashment for the post retirement and also the unpaid salary from the month of November, 2016 to February, 2017 and also non-granting of the time bound pay-scale which the

petitioner was entitled on completion of thirty years of continuous service.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that looking to the nature of grievance, the writ petition can be disposed off directing the respondents for taking an appropriate decision in this regard at the earliest, subject to the verification of the facts from the other sections under the respondents.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the writ petition can be disposed off directing the respondent no. 2 to 6 are ordered to decide the case of the petitioner and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order; so far as the unpaid salary from the month of November, 2016 to February, 2017 and release the leave encashment and also the claim of the time bound pay-scale on completion of thirty years of service is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
