Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board 16/11/2021 1) Heard.

2) Since both these applications arise out of the same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order. 3) MCRC No. 7589 of 2021 is the Second Bail Application filed by

the applicant Jagmohan Shrivas under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail. The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 4795/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17/08/2021.

4) MCRC No. 7820 of 2021 is the First Bail Application filed by the applicant Karan Miri under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail.

5) The applicants are arrested on 11/06/2021 in connection with Crime No. 240/2021 registered at Police Station Kusmunda, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 342, 364(A) and 365/34 of Indian Penal Code.

6) Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 7) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer. 8) Permission granted.

9) Accordingly, both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
