This is a petition of transfer of Session Trial No.123/2016 under Section 493 & 376 of Indian Penal Code, which is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C) Bilaspur. 2.

During course of argument, it is submitted that the Court where the Session Trial which is pending, the Presiding Judge of that Court has been transferred.

In view of the fact that the Presiding Officer having been transferred, the prayer made in this petition stands satisfied. No separate order is required. If the petitioner is further aggrieved in future, she may approach the Court, if so advised. 4.
