The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 31/07/2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Durg (C.G.) to Newjalpaigudi (W.B.) in the light of pendency of criminal case. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner had assailed the impugned order on the ground that, the criminal case has already stands decided and the petitioner

stands acquitted in the criminal case which fact perhaps has not been taken note by the respondents.

At this, the counsel for the respondents were granted time to seek instructions and today, the counsel for the respondents submits that, let the petitioner make a detailed representation supported with all relevant documents and the same shall be objectively considered by the respondents.

On the said submission, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending any further.

Upon making a detailed representation by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today, the respondents shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order.

Meanwhile, no coercive steps should be taken pursuant to the order Annexure-P/1.
