Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 15/01/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehend his arrest in connection with Crime No.227/2020, registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, District Koriya for offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer if the occasion so arises.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
