1. Perused the requisition of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gariyaband. On 29.03.2019, while disposing off the bail application, this Court had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months.

2. In view of reasons assigned as to why the trial could not be concluded within the time stipulated, this Court is inclined to extend the period for three more months and the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial within said period.

3. A copy of this order be sent to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gariyaband in the matter of criminal case No. 39 of 2016 (State Vs. Aabid Raja @ Manju Saifi).
