The limited prayer that the petitioner make for at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to decide the representation, which he has made pertaining to the non-appointment of th petitioner as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-3.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has initially worked as "Guruji" from 1997 till 2015. Thereafter, the services of the petitioner was discontinued and many of the Gurujis similarly placed

have been taken back in service by the respondents by appointing them on the post of Shiksha Karmis, but the petitioner has been left out. Therefore, the respondents may consider and decide the representation of the petitioner .

The State counsel submits that the petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage of more than 6 years from the discontinuance of service. Moreover, the petitioner has not made it clear as to whether the petitioner fulfills all the requisite eligibility criteria for appointment to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-3.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture disposed of directing the respondents No. 5 to 7 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner. Let an appropriate decision be taken purely on its own merits at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
