Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition in view of the liberty given by the revisional Court in its order dated 03.02.2017 wherein it is observed that the petitioner is still free to file complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Perused the order of the revisional Court wherein the revisional Court has observed that the petitioner is free to file complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, no prejudice has been

caused to the petitioner so as to invoke the jurisdiction of Section 482 of Cr.P.C. of this Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands dismissed. The complaint, if so filed, the trial Court may decide the same on its own merits.
