1. After arguing for sometime, Ms. Shivali Dubey, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application at this stage. However, she prays that looking to the period of detention of applicant and non-turning of prosecution witnesses, a direction be issued to learned Trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.
