1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 3 & 4 for considering the case of the petitioner for transferring the petitioner at the District Headquarters at Korba.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that she is a handicapped person and suffers from 60% of disability as is evident from the disability certificate issued by the authorities at Korba. She is presently posted

at PHC, Kudmura. She prays that she has made a request for being considered for transfer at the District Headquarters.

3. Given the grievance of the petitioner and also considering the fact that petitioner suffers from certain permanent disability, let respondent No. 3 & 4 take an appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner for being accommodated at some place in the District Headquarters.

4. Let an appropriate decision be taken in this regard within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a detailed fresh representation to respondent No. 3 & 4 in this regard.
