1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised is that the he was initially appointed under the health department of the State Government was posted at Maharani District Hospital at Jagdalpur. Since 2001 the petitioner was working in the District Hospital and subsequently when the medical college was established in

Jagdalpur in the year 2006, then the services of the petitioner was continued at the said medical college till date.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that respondents have already taken steps for absorption of one Dr. Swati Kuzur person who has been absorbed to the Medical Education Department but the respondents have not considered the case of the petitioner and other persons whose name appears above the said Dr. Swati Kuzur in Annexure P-6 which was forwarded by the Director, Medical Education Department to the Secretary, Chhattisgarh Health and Medical Education Department..

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet if the respondent No. 1 is directed to take an appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner for absorption of their services with the Medical Education Department at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of reciept of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No .1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
