1. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.62/2018, registered at Police Station Hirri for the offence punishable under Sections 364(A), 394, 201, 120(B), 328 of the I.P.C.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 31.08.2020 in MCRC No.4165 of 2020 by a detailed order on merits.

3. In the present second bail application, there is no change in the circumstances and hence I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
