Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant held arrested in connection with Crime No.21/17 on 10-02-2017 by P.S. Golebazar Raipur, District Raipur, C.G. for the offence under Section 420, 468, 471 of the IPC. After investigation police had filed the charge sheet which is pending as Criminal Case No.83/17 before the JMFC, Raipur. The applicant is falsely implicated by co-accused Ajay Kashyap and Anand Sahu, they are also arrested on 24-04-2017. The applicant is innocent and in other similar matter though of other crime number many persons are granted bail/anticipatory bail by this Court. Hence, the applicant may be granted bail during trial. 3.

Per contra, learned counsel for the non-applicant/State opposed the argument advanced on behalf of the applicant. 4.

As per the material collected, the applicant obtained job under District Panchayat Raipur, C.G. as Librarian Teacher (Panchayat), the applicant submitted false and fabricated mark sheet of B.Lib. & ISc. and on verification it was informed by the said university that no such mark sheet has been issued by the university. On due consideration of the facts and the evidence collected,

-2I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the instant MCRC is hereby dismissed.
