After arguing for some time, Shri Prasoon Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as provided under the provisions prescribed under Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 2.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
