The counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime makes a limited prayer that the petitioner's representation, which he has made to the respondents for counting his past services rendered as a Part Time Teacher for determining the length of service for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits, be considered and decided by the respondents at the earliest.

Without entering into the merits of the case and without expressing any opinion so far as the entitlement of the petitioner for the claim so made, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.
-22 & 3 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the field so far as the counting of past services rendered by the petitioner as Part Time Teacher is concerned, that too if any.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
