The limited prayer which the petitioner has made is for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for regularization. 2.

According to counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner in the instant case has been working with the respondents for the last two decades and that the petitioner is also having all requisite eligibility criteria for regularization. Therefore, considering the circular of the State dated 05.03.2008, the respondents may consider the case of the petitioner for regularization. 3.

The said prayer of the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent authorities shall consider the claim of the petitioner and in case if he is found suitable and eligible as per the guidelines of the State Govt. in this regard dated 05.03.2008, a suitable order be passed at the earliest.
