The application moved by the respondents 1 to 3 raising preliminary objection is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Labour Court for ventilating his grievance.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In case if the petitioner approaches the concerned Labour Court for ventilating his grievance, the same be considered on priority basis at the earliest.
