The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to decide his representation which is pending consideration before the respondents for change of posting nearby to Korba where his family is settled particularly his son who is a disabled child.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. 3.

Accordingly, let the respondent No.2 take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner considering the grounds raised therein and if they are found to be correct, take a sympathetic approach. 4.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from today.
