1. At the outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of bonafide mistake the applicant has filed criminal revision before this court whereas he ought to have filed the criminal revision before the court of Session, Sarangarh. He be permitted to withdraw instant criminal revision with liberty to file criminal revision before the Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh distt. Raigarh, CG.

2. As prayed, instant criminal revision is disposed of as withdrawn without appreciation of merit reserving the liberty of the applicant to file criminal revision before the additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, Distt. Raigarh under the provisions of procedural laws applicable.
