1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent NO.3 to register First Information Report against accused persons.

3. In view of submission made by learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents/State, the relief, as prayed for, has already been granted and as such, no cause

of action arises for consideration.
