1. Since both the bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this

MCRC No. 7752 of 2020 & MCRC No. 8727 of 2020 common order.

2. These are applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.307 of 2020, registered at Police Station Telibandha, District Raipur C.G, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 307, 323, 34, 147, 148, 149 of the I.P.C and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. These two applicants have caused multiple stab/ penetrating injuries to injured Sheikh Hairder and Afridi Mohd.

4. Learned State counsel would read over the FIR and diary statement of two injured persons.

5. Considering the evidence against the applicants, I am not inclined to release them on bail at this stage.

6. Accordingly, both the bail applications are dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicants to revive the prayer after examination of the two injured persons namely; Sheikh Haider and Afridi Mohd. SD/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Ayushi
