Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 06/01/2021 :

1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.134/2020 registered in Police Station Bagbahara, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants pray for and are permitted to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive the prayer after filing of the charge sheet.

3. However, the enquiry directed by this Court on 9.12.2020 shall continue and the outcome thereof be informed to this Court.

4. A separate CrMP be registered and the same be placed for consideration in the next week.

5. Accordingly, the Applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
