1. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the representation which the petitioner has made seeking for a transfer from the present place of posting to a place where her husband is presently posted i.e. at Dhamdha, District Durg or any place nearby Dhamdha Durg.

2. Given the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondents, this Court does not intend to keep the present writ petition pending. The same accordingly is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest and decide the same within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
