It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the award was passed on 16/04/2018 wherein the petitioner was held entitled to get amount of Rs.13,64,180/- which was subsequently informed to him to receive the amount by Annexure P-3. According to the petitioner amount has not been paid despite several visits to the office of the Land Acquisition Officer.

Considering the entire facts of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction that in the eventuality the amount is not disbursed for which the petitioner is lawfully entitled to receive, SDO (Revenue), Champa, District Janjgir-Champa shall disburse the amount of compensation to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of copy of this order. Petitioner's entitlement to the interest on

the awarded amount is left open to be determined as and when the petitioner makes prayer for which liberty is reserved in his favour. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
