1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Special Judge, (N.D.P.S. Act), District- Bilaspur, C.G. praying for extension of time for disposing off the Case (N.D.P.S. Act) No.37/2018.

2. This Court had while disposing off M.Cr.C. No.3380 of 2021 directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 2 months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned for the delay in conclusion of trial and on that basis, the request made is allowed and the time granted is further extended for a period of 3 months.
