1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner Fair Price Shop was canceled by the Food Inspector on a trivial baled allegation of distribution of food grains as data entry takes time and the beneficiaries are allowed to stand in a queue for a long.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation do not touch upon any mis-appreciation or fraud instead the allegation would attribute to on-line distribution system, which is not within the control of the petitioner. He would submit against such cancellation, since the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Collector, therefore, the Collector may be directed to decide the same within a reasonable time.

Considering the averments made, since the petitioner has already availed the remedy available by filing the appeal under Order 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016, the Collector is directed to decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
