1. Taking into consideration the observations made by this Court in WPS No. 4694 of 2020, decided on 04.12.2020, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition may not been sustainable.

2. The counsel for the petitioner is directed to get the copy of the recovery order passed by the respondents, if any and challenge the same by way of a writ petition, if at all, if he is aggrieved of the same.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
