2. This petition is directed against the order - Annexure P/1, whereby, the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur, has stayed the execution of the Motion of No Confidence.

3. Since the matter is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the Additional Commissioner shall hear and decide the Revision Application, at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month from today.

4. Learned State Counsel shall inform about this order to the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur, by tomorrow.
