After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also seeks direction to the trial Court for expeditious trial of the case.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months from the date this order is communicated to the said Court.
