Present writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the order Annexure P/1 dated 22.09.2021 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Balrampur to Primary School, Kodakupara, Badkagaon, Block Wadrafnagar.

Perusal of the pleadings would show that the petitioner has been working at the present place since quite sometime. Moreover, the distance between two place also is not too far, which may have any substantial inconvenience to the petitioner. This Court therefore would

find it difficult in interfering with the impugned order of transfer at this juncture. However, if at all if the petitioner wants, he may make a suitable representation ventilating his grievances before the respondent authorities in respect of the impugned order of transfer and which if made, the respondent authorities are expected to take a decision at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
