1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.367/2019 registered in Police Station Outpost Karhi Bazar, PS City Kotwali, District Baloda BazarBhatapara for offence under Section 370 (3) and 374 of the IPC.

2. Material available in the case diary reveals that the applicant contacted the complainant Lal Singh Dhruv and other villagers alluring them of providing hefty wages if they proceed to work in the brick kiln in the State of Bihar. The villagers went to the brick kiln, however, they were kept in confinement and were not paid wages despite having obtained

MCRC No. 8291 of 2020 work from them. The complainant Lal Singh somehow managed to escape and on return to the village lodged the FIR.

3. Almost all the victims are major aged about 18 years. Those who are minors are in fact family members depending on their parents.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, it appears, victims had gone to earn their livelihood. This applicant is in jail since 16.10.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed. Therefore, I am inclined to release him on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
