1. This petition has been brought only with prayer for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court, Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa, C.G.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 13(1)(A) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, praying for decree of divorce. The application was filed on 03.03.2021, but the case has not even been registered so far. The future life of the petitioner depends upon the outcome of this divorce petition, therefore, it is prayed that direction may be issued to the learned Family Court for expediting the proceeding on the application filed by the petitioner.

-23. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. Learned Family Court is directed to take up the proceeding on the application filed by this petitioner expeditiously and dispose off the same preferably within a period of one year.
