After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be given liberty to move appropriate application in terms of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s. Meters and Instruments Private Limited and another Vs. Kanchan Mehta, AIR 2017 SC 4594, on the submission that during the pendency of the proceeding, the parties have entered into compromise.

In view of the above, it is not necessary for this Court to examine the merits of the case. However, as statement is made that the parties have entered into compromise, it will be open for the applicant to apply before the Magistrate for appropriate orders as per the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s. Meters and Instruments Private Limited Vs. Kanchan Mehta.
