After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file complaint against the accused persons before the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
