Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the accounts seized have been made open for the petitioner, therefore, no cause of action survives. However, he further submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to make an application before the concerned SP for redressal of his remaining grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise his remaining grievances before the SP concerned.
